Research and Development

Raw material:
VEASY fitting bodies are generally made of brass alloys. Raw materials include copper and zinc as well as a large proportion of metal left over from production. Plastic is mainly used in shower units and cartridge housings. This mostly involves ABS, ASA, POM, PPE/PS blend and polyamide (PA), although silicone is also used. Recently, inner pipes of PVC have been replaced by the latter material.

Casting:
Gravity Casting equipments and crafts are applied in the casting process in our plant. The products have the character of uniform thickness, less error, convenient for later process, and all these are the base of good products.

Machining:
Our plant is equipped with nice lathe, milling machine. All reamers are imported from Italy to ensure to meet with the request of high precision.

Finishing work:
Finishing work involves grinding and polishing the fittings.
To ensure the products have smooth surface, we have much to do. Besides good equipment, experienced artificer is another guarantee of good products.

Surface refinement:
Electroplated coating includes copper, nickel and chrome. Every coating has proper thickness to make the products have the character of anti-scratch and anti-corrupt.

Assembly:
Parts are collected to assembly plant, and they are assembled to finished products there.
Air testing as well as water testing is carried on through leakage testing fittings.
